Audition Tournament

A year-end blow-out for Audistas


‘Sup Audistas? We’ve got great news for you!


Starting this October until early next year, e-Games will be treating you to the Year-End Blow-out, a series of mall tours around the country, featuring your favorite online dance games as well as e-Games’ other smashing titles!


Audistas from all over the country will get to experience fun and excitement through various activities such as live contests, freebies, raffle events, freeplay, exclusive merchandise selling and the latest news and updates for the upcoming Audition patches!


Make sure to buy your 20EP card as your entrance ticket, but if you’re an e-Gamer Loyalty Card holder, you get free access to this awesome event!

Audition Dance Battle will also host a groovy in-game tournament for Audistas who are raring to show off their virtual dance skills. Check out the mechanics below to know more about this exciting contest.


AUDITION DANCE BATTLE TOURNAMENT:

TO QUALIFY:


  • Register at the Audition Dance Battle Booth
  • First 24 players to register qualifies

MECHANICS:


1) Players must have a valid e-Games account.

2) One Account / Player. No duplication.

3) Players will register for the match at designated areas.

4) Once registered, players will be given a nametag bearing their character's name.

5) The tourney will consist of three parts: C-8, Beat Up (6dir) and 1-2 Party (hard). All players registered will undergo each process and will be ranked according to score.



REGIONAL ELIMINATIONS:


a) Each event will have an equal and distributed weight. Points will be awarded for each player’s rank after every single elimination/game:

· 1st Place: 4 pts

· 2nd Place: 3 pts

· 3rd Place: 2 pts

· 4th Place: 1pt


b) Each player will undergo one [Set], which will consist of one [Round] from the three modes.

c) Each round will give each player their score. However, attaining a score of [1] from ANY round will disqualify them from the tour.

d) This will go on up until players have played a [Set]. Then the game will be reset and the second set will begin.

e) The Second Set will consist of players who were not eliminated from the previous set.

f) Future sets will be used if in case there are more than three (3) of the required players.

g) If there are three players left, they will play the [Last Set]. After which the score will be added to their tally.

h) The three players will be ranked according to their total score. The top one player will represent the region in the National Finals.


NATIONAL FINALS:


a) The National Finals will consist of three major sets from each mode. A [Set] will consist of three (3) games of each mode. Each game is worth the following points:

· 1st Place: 4 pts

· 2nd Place: 3 pts

· 3rd Place: 2 pts

· 4th Place and below: 1pt


b) The points will be tallied. Each player is given (three) games per round to rack up their scores.

c) Players who attain 1pt for three consecutive times are knocked out of the tournament.

d) After one [Set], player who have attained at least twelve (12) points will be able to move up to the Quarterlies.

e) The Quarterlies will follow the same procedure as depicted in 6J-6M. Once they have qualified they will move up to the Semi-finals.

f) The Semi-finals will follow the same procedure as depicted in 6J-6M. Once the players have attained at least fifteen (15) points from the Quarterlies only will they move up for the finalist selection. Their TOTAL SCORE will be tallied (starting from the National Elims) and the top six players will be chosen for the finals.

g) The Finals will consist of each [Set] of three rounds consisting of five games per mode.

h) The player’s score will be tallied and ranked. The top three players will be declared as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, respectively.


7.) DIFFICULTY:


Eliminations: 100~120bpm (C8) // Level 1 (Beat Up/1-2)

Quarterlies: 120~140bpm (C8) // Level 2 (Beat Up/1-2)

Semifinals: 140++ bpm (C8) // Level 3 (Beat Up/1-2)

Finals: 172-178-188 bpm (C8) // 3254 Techno Party (Beat Up) // Love You (1-2)


8.) Limitations: Audition Game Policy will be in effect at all times. The use of any Hack for whatever reason will be penalized on site. If any representative/player should be found violating the Game Policy, he/she will be disqualified and account penalized to the maximum penalty.


PRIZES:


  • 1st Place - Indefinite set of choice (Hair, Face, Upper, Lower, Shoes + 30 day pet)

  • 2nd Place - Indefinite set of choice (Face, Upper, Lower, Shoes + 7 day pet)\

  • 3rd Place - Indefinite set of choice (Face, Upper, Lower, Shoes)
